Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 2–4 working days.

UK standard delivery is charged at £3.50 and typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Larger pieces of furniture are delivered at a flat rate of £30. Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the courier.

We also offer free local collection available Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Rhuddlan, North Wales. Collection orders are usually ready within 2–4 working days. To arrange a pickup, please email us at tyffihome@gmail.com.

Some items may have longer lead times. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you via email and always do our best to process everything within the agreed timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
