Styling Cushions Like an Interior Designer | TYFFI Home

As autumn settles in, its the small details that turn a space into a sactuary. Cushions are more than finishing touches - they define mood, colour and comfort.

1.Begin With a Base Cushion - Start with one generous square cushion in a subtle, timeless tone. This is the foundation of your layering. Choose something with rich texture or refined trim to anchore the look. For example The Boucle with Brown Fringe offers both texture and classic neutral hue.

2. Add A Second Layer: Accent Colour or Contrast - Once you have the base, introduce one or two additional cushions with a contrasting tone or accent detail - think a deep petrol, warm amber or jewel-toned fabric. For a Chair - One large cushion and one smaller cushion angled give a designer finish without clutter.
